User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designers
The first stage of our user experience design process will allow the scope of the project to be accurately defined. The target audience is identified and the customer’s needs, behaviours, and pain points on your website or app are mapped out. Objectives of the product are developed and specific requirements are detailed. The current site or app is reviewed (if applicable), analytics evaluated along with competitor websites and apps.
Once we have determined the needs of the users we can start organising and structuring content and functionality to create a logical and intuitive navigation system. We then create the wireframes (low-fidelity visuals) which will become the foundation with which we will build the prototype – an early screen sample of our vision for your product. The process of wire framing, prototyping and testing the experience of interacting with your product is crucial to allow for early feedback and revision.
Aesthetics and functionality is now combined to determine the look and feel of the product, website or app. High-fidelity screens are created as well as a prototype that represent how the product will look and function once it’s released to the public. With interaction design now a focus, interactive behaviours, transitions and animations are defined to enhance and boost user engagement. The UX designer will also collaborate with developers to ensure the best overall user experience.
