Pacific National’s target audiences include the general public, government, customers, new recruits, media and investors, and a strategy was required to help each audience navigate the site and Pacific National in a clear user experience.

Deliverables

The new site helped show a clear picture to visitors on what Pacific National does, and includes a section on the history of the organisation, rail freight services, a careers section with external integrations, news and investor information.
