MThe National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator (NOPTA) administers titles and data management for petroleum and greenhouse gas (GHG) titles in Australian Commonwealth waters.

Strategy

The National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator (NOPTA) is responsible for the day-to-day administration of petroleum and greenhouse gas titles in Commonwealth waters in Australia. NOPTA is the first point of contact for matters relating to offshore titles administration.

A new site was planned to help to improve the appearance, content structure, and usability of the site. Mobile and tablet responsiveness was to be introduced to the site, as well as a search function allowing people to find content.

Deliverables

While the original brief called for a minor refresh to the design, spark planned, designed and built a more a more involved website redesign, which has resulted in a fresh new experience for content heavy government websites.
