Spark Digital Agency designed and developed “My Induction” a hybrid, platform-agnostic app for both iOS and Android devices, aimed at facilitating the induction of new teachers into the profession.

This responsive app consolidates resources and activities for professional development, offers expert advice for common teaching challenges, and features a tracking tool for professional wellbeing to promote a healthy work-life balance for educators in their initial years.

Deliverables

The app includes three core functions that allow teachers to access resources & activities related to key topics; assess and track their wellbeing; and access a question bank with the ability to submit their own questions.
