Marshall White sought a modern, premium website with a high-end fashion aesthetic, optimised for SEO to enhance visibility of agents and listings in search engine results.
Strategy
A key strategy was for prospective buyers to be able to view the property listings in a functional and user friendly way, with video being used extensively, whilst doing so with a refined look and feel. Agents were also to be highlighted in a high profile way, including testimonials and recent sales. The exclusive My Marshall White login and landing page was also included to provide users with Lifestyle and Event based content that would be shown to My Marshall White members only.
Deliverables
Spark Digital planned, designed and built the sites and integrated with the ListOnce API, pulling in for sale, sold and for lease property listings to the site. The site was built on the WordPress CMS, and utilises best-practice hosting.
