eheadspace is a confidential, free and secure space where young people aged 12 – 25 or their family can chat, email or speak on the phone with a qualified youth mental health professional.
Strategy
The demand for eheadspace services can lead to time spent by users in a wait space, and headspace are looking to create interactive content for young people as part of their stepped model of care and to encourage self help. Existing resources are very text heavy, and new, interactive content can be adapted from this existing content. There is also the opportunity to partner with other organisations in creating content, and gain influence from other existing best practice content that exists in this space online.
Deliverables
To assist with the creation of interactive content, headspace are seeking assistance in the discovery phase of this project.
