Accredited Energy Solutions (AES) is a trusted rebate agency operating under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. They simplify the VEU process for heating, cooling, and hot water contractors by managing paperwork, compliance, and training—so installers and partners (contracting companies) can focus on the job while quickly accessing program benefits.

We planned to come up with a solution that supported documentation management, job tracking, compliance verification, VEEC credit tracking, and financial oversight so the users of the software solution, AES administrators and partners (contracting companies) could be presented with a dashboard that would manage and track jobs – creating jobs including job ID, date, job type, consumer details, VEEC and technical details. Partners will add and manage installers, will see VEECS pending, in progress, and completed, generate VEEC form and invoice, and submit associated documentation – VEEC forms, COES, COCs, Scrap metal, and invoices. Before submission, the system automatically checks all inputs for completeness and validates formats (e.g., correct email format, mandatory fields filled).

An iOS and Android mobile app was outlined for installers, allowing them to create jobs, upload geo-tagged and time-stamped photos based on job type, and receive real-time quality feedback. The app was also designed to include the ability for installers to upload and store their licences.

The project resulted in a secure, web and mobile app–based software solution to manage the Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEEC) program on behalf of AES’s clients. We developed a responsive web platform for administrators and clients, along with iOS and Android apps tailored for field installers. The mobile apps enabled installers to create jobs, upload geo-tagged and time-stamped photos, capture digital signatures, and operate offline with automatic syncing once reconnected.

We also delivered a complete certificate management system, including tools for creating, validating, and tracking VEEC submissions, along with a client-facing portal to view project progress, submission history, and compliance data. On the backend, we provided admin tools for managing users, licences, content, and reporting. The platform was built with strong security measures to meet privacy and regulatory requirements. To support adoption, we included user documentation, training resources, and provided ongoing support and updates based on client feedback.
