Spark Digital modernised The Florey Institute’s website, creating a scalable, user-friendly platform that improved accessibility, engagement, and efficiency. By migrating to WordPress on WP Engine, Spark introduced a responsive design, streamlined content management, and integrated MailerLite and Blackbaud for seamless marketing and fundraising. A structured approval workflow and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) enabled flexible content updates, reducing IT reliance. These enhancements led to a 9.7% increase in page views, an 8.21% rise in unique visitors, and a 40.15% boost in donation form views.
