Background
BMW Melbourne is a well established dealership targeting high-end customers and prospects. As part of an iconic global brand known for customer service and producing quality products, it was identified than an Android and iOS app would compliment established marketing efforts.

Strategy
Spark Digital was approached to develop an app that would be a valuable resource for BMW Melbourne customers and prospects. Existing customers would be able to store their unique BMW details in the app, book BMW services, and make appointments for test drives.

Deliverables
An iOS and Android mobile and tablet app was planned, designed, built and tested by Spark Digital. In addition to being able to book services and appointments, an innovative parking feature allows BMW drivers to remember where they parked their car. Prospective customers can also search on eBrochures on all BMW models and easily access BMW Finance information for potential purchases.
